As the founder of Grove Brands, Jay has dedicated his entire career to business growth through creative marketing strategy, taking advantage of both digital and traditional channels for his clients. A multi-talented marketer, he specializes in organic approaches to business problems, looking for often overlooked opportunities to help clients meet and exceed their goals.
As a marketer, web designer and graphic artist, he can bridge the gap between business owners and creatives to ensure higher quality outcomes. A marketing graduate of the University of South Florida School of Business, he has worked in the private sector in an array of roles including Marketing Coordinator, SEO Copywriter, Brand and Business Development Consultant, Social Media Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. He was a featured speaker at the Tampa Bay Marketing Summit, and his opinions and insights have been featured in countless top tier publications.

Cody Cullen is a tenacious, creative writer and search engine optimization expert who drives our cutting-edge Creative SEO strategies. Leading a team of writers and SEO Strategists, Cody works closely with you on finding profitable search keywords and implementing strategies rooted in creative-first approaches. Writing on a slue of different topics, their team is a powerhouse for growing your brand through cutting edge digital strategies. Cody is an avid reader, a multi-talented musician, and the resident DJ at Grove Brands.
Natalie Charlton
Senior Brand Designer
Natalie is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she majored in Integrated Advertising and Public Relations, and earned her Certification in Visualization and Design. Her lifelong passion for art, visual design, and creative pursuits drove her to pursue a career in branding and graphic design. During her university years, she served as a content producer for SAGO, a student run ad agency on campus. Natalie loves cats and spends her free time doing photography and making art and illustrations that she sells in her Etsy shop.
Kirsten Clauser
Senior UX/UI Web Designer
Kirsten Clauser is Certified UX/UI designer who spends her days building gorgeous, thoughtfully designed websites for an array of different industries. With a great focus on the user experience and the elevation of your brand, Kirsten is highly tuned to our clients desires for their site, while maintaining an emphasis on design principles. A visual artist, Kirsten uses her unending creativity to ensure her work helps your brand’s site stand out in the crowd. A well-traveled former expat, Kirsten spent several years abroad, is an avid cyclist, and plays bass in multiple bands.

David Nuñez is a University of South Florida alumnus with a background in Advertising and Public Relations. As an Earned Media Specialist at Grove Brands, David is dedicated to empowering small businesses to expand their presence within their communities.
David's journey at Grove Brands began as an intern, where he demonstrated exceptional skills and commitment. Today, he serves as an SEO/SEM Strategist, actively contributing to the success of SEO and SEM campaigns. He also plays a crucial role in helping clients enhance their backlink profiles through outreach and earned media efforts.
David's track record includes successfully featuring clients on prominent platforms such as Popsci and The New York Times, showcasing his expertise in earned media strategies. He used to work at Five Below but now he keeps that fiber loaded.
Kimi Mate
Brand Designer
Kimi Mate is a graduate of Penn State University's Graphic Design program. With a strong passion for UX/UI design and branding, Kimi brings her creative talents to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Graphic Design and is well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, branding, typography, and UX/UI design.
Kimi is driven by a desire to make people smile through her design work, and her commitment to delivering exceptional results shines through in every project. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills ensure that her designs are not just visually appealing but also thoughtful and engaging.

Junior UI/UX Web Designer
Sasha is a graduate of Ukrainian Catholic University, where she earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Visual Communication. She also holds her Google UX Design Certificate. With a natural eye for design, Sasha works with clients to bring their website dreams to reality with a commitment to driving projects forward and client support. A problem solver, Sasha is endlessly curious, bringing a desire to integrate small, intimate details that make her designs thoughtful and engaging. Her hobbies include gardening, photography, and reading.
